At Hear More Associates, the health and wellbeing of patients remains the number one priority.
As your local hearing care professionals, COVID-19 has been closely monitored and appropriate steps have been taken with immediate effect to serve the needs of the community and protect vulnerable populations.
As of March 20th 2020, a five-step protocol is now in place for all patients.
1.Minimal Office Staff
Office staff are currently working from home, leaving just Charles Balyozian in the main Lexington office to see patients. This minimizes contact and ensures that during any appointments, you’re spending time with one provider.
2. Hand Washing on Arrival
Upon arrival at our office, please use the hand sanitizer provided at our check-in desks.
3. Patient Health Checks Prior to Arrival
If you have had a fever that is greater than 100.4, a cough, runny nose or shortness of breath, we kindly ask for you to reschedule your appointment when you’re symptom-free (without the use of cough or fever suppressing medications) for at least 24 hour
4. Thorough Cleaning Between Appointments
Between appointments, additional time has been scheduled to thoroughly sanitize all surfaces and ensure each patient is entering a sterile environment
5. Posted Supplies
If you need any supplies during this time, then please call us and we will be able to arrange a delivery, rather than you visiting us. In certain circumstances, home visits may also be possible
Caring for the health of Greater Boston is the number one priority and this protocol has been implemented to protect you, other patients and our staff.
With further developments expected, our blog will be sharing live updates – please review the latest post before visiting.
